Your people are the reason someone wants to work here.
We produce employer brand films and workplace photography for companies that need to show — not describe — what it's like to be part of their team. Built for global standards, shot in Malaysia.
You need to show what working here actually feels like.
Your careers page says the right things. But the people you want to hire are scrolling past it — because every company says the same things. They need to see the office, the team, the energy. Not stock photography. Not a template video with a voiceover.
You probably already know you need this content. The harder part is getting it approved, budgeted, and produced without it turning into a six-month internal project. That's where we come in.
You need recruitment content that performs on LinkedIn and your careers page — and you need it produced properly, not by someone with a phone.
You're refreshing the employer brand library for APAC or global, and the local KL operation needs professional coverage to match.
Video and photography, produced together.
Every shoot is tailored to what your team actually needs — there's no fixed template. But these are the building blocks we draw from.
Workplace photography
100–150 edited photos of your people, your spaces, and your daily operations — colour graded to a consistent professional standard. The images that populate your careers site, LinkedIn, and internal materials.
Video b-roll library
15–20 short video clips — steady, eye-level, natural. Teams collaborating, workspaces in use, the rhythm of a real working day. Designed for social cards, website headers, and recruitment campaigns.
Team & leadership interviews
On-camera interviews with the people who define your culture — prepared but not scripted. Each one stands alone as a recruitment asset or internal communications piece.
Employer brand film
A 2–3 minute narrative film that tells your workplace story — the spaces, the people, the energy, the purpose. Scripted, directed, and edited to a standard your global team can deploy with confidence.
Organised media library
Every deliverable — photos, video clips, interview cuts, the finished film — labelled, colour-coded, and delivered in structured cloud folders. Ready for your design agency, your comms team, and your global brand team the day after we deliver.
CBRE Malaysia — employer brand library
CBRE Malaysia
The world's largest commercial real estate services firm needed their Malaysian operation documented for a global employer brand refresh — covering both APAC and EMEA regions. The brief: diversity, authenticity, real people in real workspaces. No actors. No staging.
Two locations over two days — the CBRE office in Bangsar South and a client site at Menara Citibank. The brief expected twenty staff; five showed. We adapted on the spot and delivered just under 100 usable variations per day — enough to populate their global asset library.
Coordinated with CBRE's international creative team. Paid in full within one week of shoot wrap by the US finance team — without prompting.
Tell us what you need. We handle the production.
We review your brief — brand guidelines, diversity requirements, asset specifications. Then we visit your site, scout every usable space, and build a shooting schedule that works around your team's real availability. No disruption to the working day.
A dedicated photographer and video crew on location, directed by a single creative lead. We coordinate talent, manage the schedule, and adapt to whatever the day gives us — including the moments when fewer people show up than expected.
Photo editing, colour grading, and video clip delivery. If you've commissioned an employer brand film, we handle scripting, edit, sound design, and music licensing. Review via private link. Three revision rounds included.
All assets — photos, video clips, interview cuts, the finished film — organised, labelled, and delivered via cloud. Broadcast-ready and web-optimised formats. Your team can deploy them the same day.
Making the case internally.
You already know your company needs better employer brand content. The challenge is usually getting it approved — by leadership, by procurement, by the regional team. Here's what we want you to know, and what you can pass along.
A single 2-day shoot produces enough content for your careers page, LinkedIn, internal comms, global brand library, and recruitment campaigns — not just one video.
We've produced for a Fortune 500 firm, coordinated with their international creative team, and delivered assets that were deployed across APAC and EMEA. Your regional office gets the same standard.
We schedule around your team. We manage the talent coordination on shoot day. Your staff gives us an hour of their time — we handle the rest.
The photography and video from a single shoot can serve your employer brand for 12–18 months before a refresh is needed. One investment, extended value.
"Good sense of commercial awareness, able to effectively put ideas to work and deliver them with an impeccable level of detail throughout a tight timeline."Victor Geh — Former Associate Director, Esente Advisory
